But there are some obstacles that menghamabat in learning, the constraints that include lack of understanding of the meaning oftheory, how to apply existing systems, environmental conditions,and lack of learning facilities.

While the difficulties experienced teachers are:
1. Target achievement of national high-end examination and completion of the syllabus are the two main factors why teachers do not have other alternatives in teaching mathematics, except by relying on methods of exposition.
2.in develop mathematical learning technologies
Because teachers can not use properly, so students do not likemath.

some opinions about mathematics, among others:
1.Mathematics is a pattern of search activity and relationships.
2.Mathematics is creativity that requires imagination, intuition, anddiscovery.

The nature of learning mathematics students are:
1.Students will learn if given the motivation
2.Students study in its own way
3.Students learn independently
4.Students require different contexts and situations in the learning

In the development of mathematics instructional design needs toconsider several things:
1.pembelajaran student-centered
2.Transfer knowledge in understanding the cognitive
  3.Initiative teacher to student initiatives
4.Students become passive to active learners
5.menggunakan variety of learning methods
7.Centralized become autonomous


With the above instructional design, learning becomes fun and is expected to make the students liked mathematics
